The WIC In-Store Shopping Experience (WISE) program is designed to provide personalized assistance and guidance to WIC participants while grocery shopping with their WIC benefits.
To help WIC participants maximize benefits and improve shopping the experience, LA WIC In-Store Staff will:
- Provide one-on-one assistance to WIC participants/shoppers.
- Answer questions and addressing concerns about WIC-approved foods and benefits.
- Assist in locating WIC-approved items.
- Offer tips and guidance for maximizing WIC benefits.
