Oven Roasted Sweet Potato Fries

You’ll Need

  • 4 medium sweet potatoes or 2 pounds
  • 1-2 tablespoons oil
  • Cayenne pepper and salt to taste

1. Step one

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line baking sheet with aluminum foil; set aside.

2. Step two

Peel and cut sweet potatoes into wedges. Place wedges in a large mixing bowl. Add oil, salt and pepper. Toss until they are thoroughly coated.

3. Step three

Spread fries in a single layer on prepared baking sheet.

4. Step four

Place in preheated oven. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes turning once to ensure even cooking.
